Ingredients
3/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 bag (15 oz.) mini cheese ravioli or tortellini, cooked and drained
Instructions

Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Toss vegetable mixture with hot ravioli and garnish, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
