Ingredients
4 pork chops (about 3/4 in. thick)
1 tsp. hot or mild curry powder
1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
2 medium onions, sliced
2 medium Granny Smith or other tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Pinch ground cinnamon
1/2 cup apple juice
Instructions

Season chops, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper and curry.

Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook chops, turning occasionally, 8 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove chops and set aside.

Cook onions in same skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Stir in apples and cinnamon and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until apples are tender. Stir in apple juice and cook, scraping up brown bits from bottom of skillet, 2 minutes. To serve, pour sauce over chops.
